PROBLEMS
ACCESSING THE SITE:
If you are
experiencing problems accessing the site with your username/password,
there are a few possible things that may be causing this:
1. You may have
entered the username/password incorrectly. Remember, the
username/password are case-sensitive. If you need assistance,
looking up your username/password, use the links below:

2.
Your membership may have expired. If this is the case, simply click
here to join again.
3. Your username/password has been disabled due to
multiple users accessing the site with the same account. This can
happen if you share your password with others, or if your password is
"hacked". If you experiences this problem, contact me
using the form below and I will change your password for you.
PROBLEMS
PLAYING THE VIDEOS:
All of my
videos are formatted to be played on Windows Media Player. This
program is preinstalled on all computers running windows, so most of you
should have it. If you don't, or if you need to upgrade to the
latest version, click
here to visit the download site.
Another trick that you might find helpful is to right click on the link
to the video clip, select "save target as", and then save the
video clip to your computer. Once you have saved the clip, you can
open it from your computer and are less likely to have problems.
